Tal y como dijo un compañero en unos vinculos abajo de este, en la siguiente pagina:

se puede encontrar un programa para aumentar la rapidez de la compilacion.

Lo unico que se tiene q hacer el bajarse el programa y seguir estas sencillas instrucciones y ya:

Download the necessary file(s)

Extract the zip file to a directory of your choice.
Copy the IDECompilerSpeedFix??.bpl to your BCB\bin directory (or any other directory that is in the PATH-environment variable)
Start BCB and install the IDECompilerSpeedFix??.bpl package where ?? is the version of your BCB (40, 50, 60, 100).
