recientemente trabajando en un proyecto para telefono Android que en RAD Studio 10.2.2 no daba ningun error al cambiar a RAD Studio 10.3 pasa esto:

I just received the solution from quality portal and resolved via:

What I did is as describe below:

1. Goto Tools->Options->Deployment->SDK Manager

2. Click on the "Android SDK 25.2.5 32bit" and delete it.

3. Click "Add" then select "Android" platform and "Android SDK 25.2.5 32bit" version.

4. Click "Save".

5. DONE.

After that, I am able to compile a blank Android FMX project.
